1. Scope
These terms apply to the PilotDeploy website and web application. The service is intended for companies, public authorities, self-employed professionals and people using PilotDeploy in a professional or administrative context. Separate Enterprise agreements take precedence over these terms.
2. Service
PilotDeploy assists with analysing EXE, MSI and DSM sources and creating PSADT packages, Intune rules and documentation. Installers and package sources are processed locally in the browser for analysis. Available functions, quotas and storage limits are defined by the plan description shown at the time.
Automatically detected values, silent parameters, detection rules and AI suggestions are working aids. They must be reviewed professionally on an appropriate Windows test system before a production rollout.
3. Accounts and access security
A verified email address is required for account-based functions. Credentials must not be shared. Users must choose a strong password and use additional security controls offered for privileged accounts. Suspected access or lost credentials must be reported promptly to support@pilotdeploy.de.
4. Acceptable use
Users may process only installers, scripts and package data they are authorised to use. Malware, circumvention of security controls, automated overload, unauthorised access, unlawful content and use that infringes third-party rights are prohibited.
5. Package catalog and stored builds
Generated ZIP files can be stored in encrypted form in the personal package catalog according to the export option displayed. Users remain responsible for package content, licensing, testing and distribution. PilotDeploy package templates are published only after documented review; using one does not replace a user-specific acceptance test.
6. Plans and billing
The Free plan contains the quotas stated on the pricing page. Pro costs EUR 29.99 per month or EUR 299.90 per year. The annual plan includes two months compared with twelve individual monthly payments. Billing is handled through Stripe. VAT is not charged under the German small-business exemption (§ 19 UStG). Price and term are shown before completion in Stripe Checkout. Subscription, payment method and cancellation can be managed in the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless Checkout states otherwise.
7. Availability and changes
PilotDeploy is operated with reasonable care. Maintenance, security measures, failures of internet, cloud, STRATO, Stripe or vendor services, and force majeure can temporarily limit availability. Material and non-temporary changes to paid functions will be announced in an appropriate manner.
8. Warranty and responsibility
PilotDeploy creates technical suggestions and files but does not guarantee unattended installation, compatibility with every Windows or Intune environment, or the absence of defects in third-party installers. Production approval, test coverage, licence checks, backups and rollback planning remain the responsibility of the deploying administrator or organisation.
9. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be temporarily suspended for material or repeated breaches, security risks or abusive use. Where reasonable, an opportunity to clarify the issue will be provided first. Accounts can be closed through account management; legally required billing records remain unaffected.
10. Final provisions
German law applies. Mandatory statutory jurisdictions remain unaffected. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@pilotdeploy.de.
