Controller

The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is:

Simeone Cirilloc/o Impressumservice Dein-ImpressumStettiner Straße 4135410 HungenGermanyEmail: support@pilotdeploy.de

Local package processing

Installers, DSM content and payload files are processed in the browser and are not transferred to the PilotDeploy server. The generated PSADT ZIP is sent to the personal package catalog only while the visible storage option remains enabled before export. It is encrypted on receipt. Locally stored projects contain metadata and review results, but no installer binaries, ZIP files, passwords or authentication tokens.

Website delivery

When the website is accessed, technically necessary server log data may be processed. This can include IP address, time, requested resource, referrer, browser and operating system. Processing is used to deliver the service securely and reliably and to investigate errors.

Product telemetry

PilotDeploy records a small set of functional events in its own infrastructure to understand failures and product use. These can include the selected source, analysis start, ZIP export, registration or checkout start, together with coarse success, duration and warning categories. Installers, file names, local paths, package content, API keys and free-text input are not transmitted for telemetry. Individual events are retained for no more than 90 days and are then kept only as daily counts without an account reference. The data is not used for personalized advertising and is not shared with advertising analytics networks.

Account and sign-in

When you register, we process your email address, optional display name, secured password hash, verification status, plan and quota data, and security-relevant session information. The password itself is not stored. Processing is necessary to provide accounts, email verification and account-linked exports.

Transactional email

Verification, password-reset and required account emails are sent through a dedicated STRATO mailbox using encrypted SMTP. Recipient address, message content and technical submission data are processed for this purpose. PilotDeploy limits and records delivery attempts to prevent abuse, duplicate account emails and mail loops. This infrastructure is not used for marketing newsletters.

Optional AI providers

The AI package assistant sends only the disclosed, sanitized metadata, parser nodes and review hints to the selected cloud provider; installers and payloads are never transferred. PilotDeploy Cloud uses the centrally configured Ollama Cloud provider. When using OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or Ollama Cloud with a personal key, the user explicitly chooses the provider and model. Session keys remain in the current browser tab. Persisted keys are encrypted and never returned to the frontend. The selected provider's terms and privacy information also apply.

Cookies and local storage

PilotDeploy uses technically necessary session cookies for sign-in. Language, theme and local project state can be stored in the browser. This data is used only to provide requested functionality and is not used for personalized advertising.

Contact, feedback and Enterprise requests

If you contact us, we process the information you provide to handle your request. Unprocessed Enterprise requests are deleted after no more than 180 days unless statutory retention duties apply.

Payments through Stripe

If you purchase a paid plan, the information required for checkout, subscription management and billing is sent to Stripe. Stripe processes contact, payment, invoice and transaction data under its own responsibility. PilotDeploy does not store complete credit card details. Invoices, receipts, refunds and failed-payment notices are provided directly by Stripe.

Your rights

Subject to statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent with future effect. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.

Account controls and privacy contact

Profile, email, password, active sessions, data export and account closure can be managed directly in the signed-in account. Sessions store only a coarse browser/operating-system summary and an HMAC-anonymized network reference, never a raw IP address. For further access or deletion requests, email support@pilotdeploy.de. Appropriate proof of identity may be required to prevent unauthorized access.
